All Sawatdee Gift Vouchers are subject to certain terms and conditions, including:

Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the purchase date for online purchases, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for one use only.

All accommodation and other services by Sawatdee Thai Massage are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.
Reservations using a gift voucher must be made online via the Sawatdee Thai Massage website www.sawatdee.com.au The voucher number must be entered in the Gift Voucher field on the payment page along with payment details at the time of making the initial booking. This notifies the of the in Sawatdee Thai Massage intention to use the gift voucher towards the booking.
Acceptance of the gift voucher entered on a reservation as payment is subject to final verification by the Sawatdee Thai Massage upon receipt of the booking.

Gift Vouchers may be used for payment of accommodation only at the SAWATDEE THAI MASSAGE Property nominated on the voucher. Gift vouchers stating ‘Any Sawatdee Thai Massage Branch’ may be used for payment of accommodation only at any of the participating Seashells Properties.

Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Voucher, the Sawatdee Thai Massage will invoice for the difference and this must be paid as per the booking terms and conditions.

The original Gift Voucher must be presented to the front desk upon check-in. If the voucher cannot be produced upon check-in, then payment must be made for the accommodation booked. In this instance the voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).

Should the expiry date lapse, for a small administration fee; an extension can be made (this must be done prior to the expiry date).
Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.
Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Voucher are governed by the laws of NSW Australian
